Running DNN 5.6.2 and Latest release version of Document 4.1.1

Right now we have an updated version going through the tracker that will resolve this.

I've heard of some doing a "workaround" to try to fix it, but I'm not sure of how to do it, or if it will work.

I uninstalled v4.1.1 and installed v4.0.0 and that seems to have resolved the problem. Tested the beta version 4.1.2 and saw the same problem.

I upgraded to Documents 4.1.2 and had the same issues.  I determined that the UpdateDocument and DeleteDocument had the @ModuleId parameter removed.  When I put those parameters back into the stored proc, all is well.

We have this same problem, but I don't know enough to go change the stored procedure.  Where can I get a copy of the version 4.0.0 so we can delete the current install and install the older version?
