Everything that I've read states that the Document Library module sorts folders and files alphabetically. I have someone in my organization that needs to have documents and folders sorted in a specific order. To achieve this, she has been attempting to add numbers onto the front of the file/folder names so that they sort in the desired order. However, the Document Library doesn't sort the documents by the number. How do I get the documents and folders to stay sorted in the desired order? It is not apparent to me how they are currently being sorted.
