I too have this problem.  I have just upgraded to 4.3.5 and added a new domain (webhost4life did the change over).  I don't see a solution here yet.  Anybody have one?

Thanks,

Dan

We have found a way by us to see the documents when logout from the portal.

We have must going in the file-manager and set on the directory from the documents the view right for all users, by 70% of all document modules this have worked, by the rest we have must additional going in the module settings from the problem-document-module and cklick on save.

When we have logged out the documents area visible.

I hope this help others in the community!

Are the documents inside a File Manager folder which give View File permissions to All User?
