Am I correct that you installed Documents module v 4.01.02 from the Host --> Extensions available extensions tab in the DNN 6.0 Beta? If so, the  Documents module package (version 04.01.02) included in the DNN 6.0 Beta package is missing the 04.01.01.SqlDataProvider script and cannot be used.

Documents v 5.00.00 is currently going through release tracker testing and might be approved in time to be included in DNN 6.0 release. In the meantime or if v 5.00.00 has not passed testing prior to DNN 6.0 release, Documents v 4.01.00 is the most stable current release and should be the version included in DNN 6.0.
