Im trying to set my testing portal over dnn6.1 for mobile redirection, where I can found the settings ?

The settings UI are part of Professional Edition package. In order to create Mobile Redirection, you'd need to use APIs mentioned in this blog:

Maybe it's just me, but for something as big as the basic settings on the mobile device handling, I would think those would be part of the core.

I totally agree and have had my rant on the beta blog. Seems to totally exclude the CE community to rely on module devs to implement a solution that would have thought been a no brainer to include in the core.

@Craig: Please have a read on this new Blog to see for yourself that a bulk of the functionality is part of the Core framework.
