i don't know how u make websites like that, Hasibul - sorry I can't help u on that one. i've been using DNN to build a Chinese Medicine, which treats the root causes rather than the symptoms of disease (whatcauses.com).
As a non-developer, i've found with DNN that building a CMS website was easier than i'd imagined it would be. Its' coming together ok, but there's quite a bit to do. Hopefully i'll have at least part of it presentable by later today, then i'll make the pages viewable by all users.

DNN is a content management system - as such it is a tool to help you manage the display of content on your website.

Out of the box there is no native functionality that will create an instant site like you are looking at - but with its tools there are any number of ways such a site could come together.   At its heart DNN is a database driven system - which means its very good at keeping track of data and indexing and search for things.

The sites you are looking at however - are fairly customised systems designed to do unique tasks - a dnn site performing these sort of things would require customization in one way or another to deliver what you are looking for.

There are a number of ways you could go about this:
Look at the core Form and List module to see if it can meet your needs
Look at 3rd party Form builder type modules available from www.snowcovered.com  there are a couple of very good ones.
Look at RAZOR scripting to examine if it can deliver the elements you need
Look at building custom modules to deliver the elements you need

Me personally - I would go down the custom module route.
