Ok, I have stumbled across DotNetNuke and have even watched a youtube video on it, but I don't completely understand some things. Is DotNetNuke a website building software and your site can be hosted anywhere, on any server you choose? Or does your site have to be hosted with DotNetNuke, on DotNetNuke servers?

DotNetNuke can be hosted on any web hosting company that supports ASP.NET and MS Sql server. There are many of them out there.

Thanks for the info. I host all my sites (well can't post commercial stuff in here) else where and was just looking for a quick and simple way to built new sites and edit my current sites. DotNetNuke looks like it will fit that bill.

One more question. Sites that I build with DotNetNuke can just be uploaded to the servers via FTP, like normal...correct? Or does it offer extensions like Frontpage use to where you can log in and basically edit things right on the server?

No, you just copy the files (and database) over and set the relevant connectionstrings to the new database values. All pages in dotnetnuke are virtual so are stored in the database (hence why they're driven off default.aspx)

Thanks for the information. Are there any links or video on how to set this up on another host server like you are talking about?
