Hi,

I have been trying to figure this out for a day or so now and it is just baffling me. 

I have a mobile jQuery based skin on a page with permission allowing all users to view it. All module are inheriting the page permission.
When I view this page as an unauthenticated user the page does not render the mobile jQuery or so it would seem.
However when I log in as host and view the page the mobile jQuery functions as expected
Moreover if I give a registered user edit permissions to a module then that module will render properly. 

This skin utilizes a custom js extension which will convert modules titles into mobile jQuery buttons when a specific container is used. the end result is that mobile jQuery interprets each module wrapped in the contained as a dynamic page.

everything works but it seems to require the the user to have page or module edit permissions to function, and this I can not figure out why it should discriminate on that. I know that jQuery mobile need standard jQuery (1.6.4) to be loaded in order to work but I know DNN is loading it (I have found the entry viewing the page source with firebug)

The skin pack I am working with comes from http://mobile.dnn.ch if anyone is interested enough to try it out themselves. I also should note I am on DNN 6.1.1
