Hi I installed the events module on dnn 6 and all seemed ok. Install said successful. Then when I go to add the module to a page it is not in the list. I looked under admin and all categories, nothing. I then went to the installed extentions and could not find the module there either. I then tried to re-install and got an error as the tables and SP were already in the database. I also looked in the Dewsktop Modules folder and the events module is there. So basicall how do I add it to a page?

Hello - I am having exactly the same problem, does anyone have an answer?

I installed DNN6 today for the first time and am just going through the "Online Demo Self Guided Tour Instructions" but using my local test site, not the sandbox. The "Add a New Module" section tells me to add the Events module to a page, but it wasn't showing in the list. So I located it online, deployed/installed it and everything seemed to be fine, except nothing has changed locally. Still doesn't seem to be there!

Any suggestions gratefully received

If the Events module is the only module that is giving you this issue (ie have you tried adding another module with the same result), I suggest reposting in the Events Module sub forum where the module developers will see your post. Please include the exact versions of DNN and the module that your are using. http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/Forums/forumid/20/scope/threads.aspx
