I'd have no problem assisting if you're comfortable with it.

Install a fresh copy of DNN and let us know if that helps.

Pingle and Mark,

I reset my database, deleted the web folders, and reinstalled DotNetNuke, and everything is fine so far. I was able to add a couple of extensions and see them. Thank you for your input. I appreciate it.
