I implemented one web application in ASP.NET but when i am merging that inside the DNN it is giving the problem.
How can we assign the asp.net web application inside Dot Net Nuke.

For this you need to create a custom module and get all those features and add to dnn website. You can check below link:

Hi,

There is another way to integrate another ASPNET web application.  You can implement any other web application that renders a visible page through the use of the IFrame module.

Personally, I have used this technique many times to provide access to another web application from my DNN site. Full security is provided using the DNN security module.
