Hello,

I just created a new YouTube Channel One channel for the company where I work.  Where do I save an icon in DNN so that it will automatically show up on YouTube Channel One banner bottom-right web link icon and also in the YouTube Channel One about section (the icon next to the website URL)? There already is a favicon file for the company in DNN but it doesn't show up on the YouTube Channel One web link icon when I add the company URL in the YouTube Channel One banner and about page.

Does anyone know how to resolve this? Here is a link with a screen shot to what I mean exactly: https://webapi.bumpserver.com/v1/data/ea821082-c58c-4c5a-9fcc-c69cb4916fa7?filename=YouTubeChannelOne-icon.png

Thanks,

Tatiana

Hello,

So we figured out that the favicon.ico should be saved to the root directory for YouTube to pick it up. That was done (Still not updated on youtube though).

Now, I see the favicon file (www.[ourwebsite].com/favicon.ico) on all browsers except firefox. On Firefox, the DNN favicon (www.[ourwebsite].com/favicon.ico) shows up instead of the company's favicon -- has anyone had experience with how to solve this?

Tatiana
