I am new to DotNetNuke, I have created my own skin, and put a contentpane where I want my text  that can be edited to go.

I have noticed with the HTML Module that I put there, it requires you to have a header, also surrounds it in a lot of DIVS. Is there no literal alternative? So I can just put ONLY my changeable html in there directly. I don't want a the header. I know I can achieve the look I need by editing the CSS, but it seems like there should be a module that I can use as a literal.

Hi Michael,

You say that you have created your own skin but have you also created containers for the skin?

By creating containers you can specify if or where headers are displayed, they also have their own css for you to style the look and feel.

Hope this helps you out,

Regards,

geoff
