Hi All

I constantly get an "Application Started" message every 2-4 minutes in my eventlog, there is no additional details except for the server name. May this error be a reason for my performances problems. Is there a way to diagnostic this problem?

I'm on DDN 5.6 but this problem was carried on from DNN 4.9.5.
Thanks,
OrenG

Typically this could be a ISP (hosting) issue . Ask them to review the application pool configuration (it may have limits too much 'aggressive'). In addition, try excluding all except /portals from the Antivirus real-time monitoring. In same cases it could be something (bad module) running in the DNN instance, but I would start reviewing the IIS and server configuration.
