I have a website that currently has very good seo placement.  I now need to change the sites url and ensure we do 301 redirects from the old url to the new url, and the correct page.

here's what I'm dealing with specifically:

 Current site url - www.eaglevailanimalhospital.com

New site url - www.vailvalleyvet.com

Purchased and plan to use ifinity url master for the new site.

I know with the url master I can manage to just redirect all aliases to one final alias, but if I do that it won't take specificlaly digested pages to the appropriate page. so how do I control the old to the new in dnn?

Here's an example of what I'm wanting to do: If the current url is http://www.eaglevailanimalhospital.com/emergency-care  and I want to do a 301 redirect from that url to this url http://www.vailvalleyvet.com/emergency-care , how do I do that?  Do I have to control that thru IIS?

Hope I'm making sense here....anyone help me on this?

thanks, Mike.

Have you asked this question on iFinity's forum? I know URL Master support migrations and old to new urls. Perhaps you could consider using the alias features within DNN to support both domains and then use iFinity to handle the 301s. Still, this is a good question for Bruce.
