I have my scheduler set to timer mode with a schedule that runs every 3 seconds.  When I enable the schedule everything is ok but when i disable the schedule (by unchecking the "schedule enabled" checkbox then pressing update) the scheduler ignores this setting.

Perhaps it's a caching thing.. but regardless, this checkbox should be honoured.  The only way that i can get the scheduler to honour  this checkbox is to re-start the application.  There was a post here that also suggested to re-cycle the app pool which may also stop the scheduler.  But i'd like to be able to use the checkbox as intended rather than go through these extra steps.

Can anyone else confirm if they have seen this issue before.  I'm running DNN 6.1.3.  Problem also occurs when schedule method is set to request mode.  I had the same problem in DNN 5.6.n but ignored it hoping it would be resolved with my upgrade to DNN6.

Thanks, John L.
