I recently upgraded from 5.4.2 to 5.5.1. Since the upgrade the sites appear to be sluggish, slow to load. One thing I have noticed since the upgrade is that it is practically impossible to log out from any site. Some times I am forced to hit log out 4-5 times before it actually does log me out.

When I go to one of the sites it takes 15-30 seconds for the home page to load. Once inside the site if I choose to log in it takes roughly 15 seconds before I can gain access to the website. I do have a Keep Alive service for each site.

Does anyone have any suggestions of where to look to alter the performance after upgrading? I am at a loss.

Thanks!

you should at least upgrade to 5.6.7, there are known (security related and other) issues with the version you are running.
