Has anyone had this experience?  I'm at a loss without a Windows phone with IE9?

 Message from a client:

"I am unable to use my website on my Windows phone with IE 9.  The menus just flash and the login won't display for me. Any ideas?"

I have had this issue in the past with a few things. There are a few options. The fastest is for the user to change their phone to show that it is a desktop browser. (This is done in settings.) Keep in mind that action menus (or the manage button if 6.x) are sometimes a bit tricky due to the lack of a concept of "hover" being truly implemented in mobile devices.

Hi Mitchel,

Thanks for the reply.  I sent that info to my client and just got a response back that it didn't help.  Any other thoughts?

Thanks,
John
