Hey guys - new to the forum.

Thanks in advance for help and insight. I'm currently working on a DNN site for the first time and notice some issues with rankings - I'm not sure if it's DNN or another source (hosting, ip, previous google penalties, etc.). The following are some issues we're working out:

1. A TON of 301 redirects (301s usually being a good thing), but it becomes a problem when the original link is not dynamically changed...and worst if linked to multiple pages.

2. Pagespeed issues (again not sure if this is common for DNN, but there seems to be quite a few threads on it)

3. Fluctuations in ranking. We have a few local keyword terms that are fluctuating highly (position 1-8 to 100+ in the same week). We have not made any major changes during this time which is usually a sign of Google not being able to read the page consistently.
