I need some help to find a module. I will try to explain my needs.

I've to let users to insert some data, a king of survey. An input form.

Users need to be profiled by geographical location, but some users can have more than one location. So i need to show results to admin/advanced member member, forms results by filtering location.

Now users aren't on a specific "geographical" role, and haven't any custom field on user profile:
Profile fields are unique, so i can't manage users which ave more than one location. Roles can do the trick, but Roles are specific for security purpose, not for grouping :S

My groups are like an organization chart, but some can have two or more role.

Anyone can advice me for a module can suit inserting and fitered entry? And another module to manage user gruoups or user roles?
