we have Google Translate feature on our site, but everytime we navigate away from the page it sits on - it goes back to the default language (and not the selected languge).
 
When we go back to the translate page (where the Google translator is) it then goes back to the selected langue again.

So only the page with the Google Translator is actually translated and no other page on the site., which is this one:

(it used to work before - maybe prior to dnn v5.1.  I believe there was a problem with the dynamic menu, but the footer links and breadcrumbs still used to work)

Might be the way you are using translator, as it works fine if I fire your site like this and click around it works fine:

Are you talking about the translator working ok on the Google site or the one on our site? - here:

As, I have justed tested externally and still defaults to to english when navigating to any other page.
