Right, when logged in as site or host admin a website i'm designing (with numerous galleries) brings up the gallery pages with no problem.
However, if someone is not logged in, the gallery page sits there loading forever - unless I previously browse the page whilst logged in.
Even more strange - if the non-logged in user sits there waiting for the gallery page to load, I can on another computer, whilst logged in as admin go to that gallery. Once I do that the page for the non-logged in user suddenly loads.

Not sure if anyone can make sense of this post and, if so, can they give me a solution?

One of the possibilities for this "weird" behavior may be that output caching is enabled in the module settings (not the Gallery configuration but the standard module settings page). On the module's settings page, set the Cache Duration to 0 and the Output Cache Provider drop-down (if present in your version of DotNetNuke) to "None Specified".

Another possibility (only if running DNN 5.06.01), is to try setting "Compression" to "None" if it is "GZip" or "Deflate" in Host Settings.

I'm afraid that I don't have any other ideas as to the cause of this behavior without poking around in the Gallery settings and configuration.

What version of DotNetNuke are you running?

You mentioned that you have a number of Galleries - are these in separate Gallery modules or just child albums of one Gallery module? If separate Gallery modules do ALL Gallery modules on the site have the same problem for un-authenticated users?
