Recently I installed dnn 6.0. Most things work fine (by now). But when I try to add a new module to a page (it doesn't matter which), I get the error message listed below. Has the installation of 6.0 gone worng and what can I do about it?

it looks like a database operation failed during upgrade - please see http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/Wiki/Page/Diagnosing-database-errors.aspx and post back any database errors so we can try to diagnose the issue.

Was this a new install, or an upgrade?

I checked the following files files but they were all empty::
06.00.00.log.resources
DotNetNuke.Data.log.resources
DotNetNuke.Schema.log.resources
InstallRoles.log.resources
InstallCommon.log.resources

I noticed that I get the same error when I try to add a page. The page is added,  though: But if there is something the matter with the page, not being able to add modules may be a secondary error.

Thank you for replying

Is is an upgrade. I didn't do it myself. I had it done by my hosting provider, who is a dedicated .net provider. He said that he didn't see any error messages.
I wondered if it was a skin issue, but I have tried with the standard skins and I get the same message.

Thank you for replying
