hi,

I have dnn 5.4,

in html editor, when i click on HyperLinkManager or select an image and rClick on image and click on image properties and some links like these,... popup window was open but nothing was load in popup window

please help me..!

I suggest upgrading to latest DNN version, which includes a new editor provider.
another option would be installing free ckeditor provider from dnnckeditor.codeplex.com

Masoud,

Modify your web.config and switch from the FCK Editor to the Telerik Editor.

Find (in your web.config):

<htmlEditor defaultProvider="FckHtmlEditorProvider">

And replace it with:

<htmlEditor defaultProvider="TelerikEditorProvider">
