Hello everybody,

First post!  Woo hoo!  I am an IT administrator at a university and we have implimented DNN, I am new to it but I think I like it.  I am playing around with the forum and blog modules and am running into a few small problems.  When I log-in to DNN, that is when I log-in as an administrator to actually edit pages, I can see my forum and blog just fine, I can click on the forum's name ('General') and see and create posts.  Same with the blog.

When I am not logged-in, I can see the forum, I can see that there is a post, but when I click on the forum's name (that is a link) in order to see posts in the forum, nothing happens, my browser attempts to view a URL that I presume is the appropriate URL to view stuff in the forum/blog, but unauthenticated users evidently do not have access to just view posts.  It's obviously a permissions problem.

When I go into the settings of the forum, Manage > Settings > Permissions, I have view permissions granted to every group (All Users, Unauthenticated Users, etc.) - so it seems like I am doing the right thing regarding permissions - but it just isn't working.  Same thing with the blog, I can see an entry in the blog but when I click 'Read more' nothing happens, despite me granting what I think are the correct permissions.

Any idea what I am doing wrong?

Thank you very much in advance!

(I have posted this is several forums here, my apologies for the duplication, I was unsure as to which forum was most appropriate for my query.)
