Hello.

I urgently need to setup a .swf module in a page. This module comes with some javascript.
My question is how do I turn off the "security" system that don't allow code in the HTML/text editor?

This is very important, I still have a lot of work before an important conference where I will show my work, so I need that issue to be fixed as soon as possible.

Thanx in advance for you help.

Which DNN version are you using? Inserting scripts had been suppressed in some DNN 6.0/6.1 versions but should work fine in 6.1.5 and 6.2.0. As a workaround, you may use module head text in module settings to insert your HTML script code.

Cheers from Germany,

Try this:

1. Go to "Host" - "HTML Editor Manager".

2. Click the link at the bottom that says "Everyone" (it's underneath "Default Configuration".

3. Look at the section titled "Content Filters" and uncheck the box titled "Remove Scripts".

I just had to do this, too  . . . hope it helps!
