We upgraded from 5.6 to 6.2 and are unable to add modules.  We use the admin menu, make the necessary selections and enter the necessary data but when we click the button to add module nothing happens.

Please help ASAP

We see they've made upgrades for 6.2 but we don't use URL Master. We do use the Friendly URL provider, however. Should this have an effect on adding pages/modules? We upgraded to the most recent provider but are still receiving the same TabPath message.

The error above looks like it's coming from the DotNetNuke.Entities.Modules.ModuleController class.

We did have URL Master installed but weren't using it. We uninstalled URL Master and can now add a module without receiving the error. We did, however, have to remove a section of the web config that wasn't removed during the uninstall before everything worked correctly.
