Hi, I'm looking for a way to provide users to be able to create online forms, with basic elements (form fields, text fields, radio button groups, checkboxes, required fields), which would submit and send to specified email address. I thought Form and List could do this, but it doesn't appear to. Anyone have suggestions for an easy to use way to create online forms in DNN?

Thanks for your response. I was trying to delete this thread since I misspelled the thread title ("Nest" instead of "Best"...) I made a new thread with the proper title.

Thanks Mike. I don't see how this would be done. I don't see anything about radio buttons, checkboxes, required fields, or email address to send to, etc when looking at the Form and List module. It looks like it's for s different purpose. But if you're really sure it can do what I ask (create an online web form with those elements and send the results to an email address), I will look deeper.

Can you recommend a good place to learn how it's done?
