Hi, I'm looking for a way to provide users to be able to create online forms, with basic elements (form fields, text fields, radio button groups, checkboxes, required fields), which would submit and send to specified email address. I thought Form and List could do this, but it doesn't appear to. Anyone have suggestions for an easy to use way to create online forms in DNN?

(I made a typo in my previous attempt to post this and didn't know how to delete it.)

Thanks

Tom

Hi Tom,

You can use actionform from DNNsharp. It is on the dnn store. Easy to set up and very flexible!

Hi Tom,

Check out DigForm.  There is a Trial so you can try it out for yourself.

Thanks

Mike

Tom,

Form and List can do this. A free alternative is helferlein_Form (http://helferleinform.codeplex.com), but I must confess that it has not been updated for a while - it is working on DNN up to versions 7.2.1, and on 7.2.2 with a provided patch, but at least the appearance could be improved and adapted to the DNN UX (which is a current process, among others, to improve the whole stuff). Some user reported an issue with sending mails in DNN 7.2.2, but I could not reproduce this behaviour yet.

Happy DNNing!
Michael

Also checkout  XMod Pro at http://www.dnndev.com and Open Web Studio at http://www.openwebstudio.com.  OWS is more flexible but has a higher learning curve.
