Okay. Are you talking about logging that is in addition to the Event Viewer? Because I do have copies of what those errors look like.

this sounds like an issue in communication of .Net with the smtp server - either the server is not available (and therefore will not notice an error) or too many simultaneous connections are open or the application tries to hold a connection open, while the SMTP server closes it after some time. Did you pass the event details to the developers of the modules?

We have sent them to the developers and they both mentioned the SMTP as well. However, our server support team has done quite a bit of testing with the SMTP settings - different relays, different settings, etc. - and nothing has seemed to make any difference.

Sorry, it is an issue, which doesn't show up on other installations of DNN and the extension developers seems not having gotten complaints from other users as well. There must be an issue with your configuration or SMTP server.
