DNN 7.03

I added 2sxc 7.2.3, either the App or Content module; I'm not sure which one, to the Host -> Extensions page, now, whenever I try to visit the extensions page (under the host navigation) I get a redirect error:

This webpage has a redirect loop

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Can anyone advise how I can remove that module from the host extensions page? I presume this is the reason the page won't load.

I am logged in as host, the extensions page can still be visited through the admin navigation, but I believe the page under admin is probably not adequately elevated permissions, would that be correct?

I've sort of resolved the issue, I went on a different page on host and duplicated the Extensions module to that other host page.  So, that's an adequate solution for me, but it still worries me that having added one of those 2xsc modules to a page seems to have broken the page.

if you switch to layout mode and stay in it, you should be able to open extensions page and delete the added module.
