While using the HTML Pro module, extra characters are sometimes put into the HTML.  I often copy/paste HTML directly into a module and then publish.  But the translation in the HTML module sometimes produces incorrect/broken code and inserts odd characters, unclosed quotes, extra attributes, etc..  Here's an example:

Original HTML:

<div class="news-img-box"><img src="https://d2n3notmdf08g1.cloudfront.net/common/Home/3.jpg"></div>

After Publishing and then opening to Edit content again, here is what is produced:

<div class="news-img-box"><img src="https://d2n3notmdf08g1.cloudfront.net/common/Home/3.jpg" title="" redactor"=" data-verified="></div>

No, I always go into the HTML editor and paste my HTML, then click out of the module and Publish.
