Hello, I am trying to add the Media Module to our website so that I can embed videos directly to our page. The issue I'm running into is all the videos and support that I find have the person clicking on Extensions, and then More extensions. I do not have this option.

There s no "More Extensions" or even a way to search for extensions? 

 

Places I've looked:

Some critical pieces of missing information here include are you hosted in the DNN Corp's cloud? I know they customize the cloud-hosted DNN, but I don't know to what degree. They may have removed that option.

Anyhow, this is not an expected thing to see, and I haven't seen it happen before myself. If you're not in the DNN Corp cloud, I would suggest changing the skin (theme) on that page and see if the skin is removing the additional tabs somehow.

Hi,

In addition to what Will said, make sure specifically that you change the container. Use the default skin style for your installation (Dark Knight for 6, Gravity for 7, Xcillion for 8).
