Hi team, the calendar often shows complete weeks of the following month, possibly because it shows 6 weeks, can we lose this extra week, or have an option in the settings please?

Can we have a css class for  .calendarweekendothermonthday please? So that I can decide how to display weekends in other months?

My tooltips don't appear to be working, whether I use 'disable Month View Cell Display' or not.

I like the 'disable Month View Cell Display' option, that's neat, I can now have a compact display.  Would it be possible to have a css class written out that will allow a day with an event in it to be styled differently please? If we could have the tooltip in this configuration I could also do with being able to lose the Calendar Month View Table for all users.  Then I just need to be able to reduce the width of the 'View Selected Week Go To Today View Selected Date' line to fit the narrower calendar month view

Oops, I've just re-read the above, it seems a little curt, it's not meant to be, sorry if it comes across that way.

Many thanks

Barry

Barry, unfortunately I'm using the MS Web Calendar Control and haven't taken on yet re-writing or sub-classing the whole thing yet...  I hope to recruit more team members that may want to take this on and provide these other styles for the calendar.

I can reduce the width of View Selected Week/Go To Today...

I'm puzzled tooltips should be working...one problem is that if you're an admin in DNN, it dynamically addes rows that are not factored in on the tooltip display.  If you select the "Preview" while in admin, you should see the HTML tooltip, when hovered.  I think this is more of a DNN bug...or dynamic type bug.

Hi Alan,

I have just noticed the javascript error notofication at the bottom of the page, it's saying that there's an error at char 1 in line 154 (this is repeated a few times and then there's one shown at char 1 on line 167, all are 'object expected', not sure if that helps though.

The tooltip code isn't written out when 'Disable Month View Cell Display' is selected (just when it could be *really* useful  )

Cheers

Barry

Barry, the javascript error is probably caused by some HTML in the Event Description when trying to display the tooltip.  If you can send me the raw HTML of the description I may be able to see what's causing the error.

I will look into the tooltip being displayed when the "Disable Month View Cell" is selected. The only problem is where/how do I display it?  Let's say their are 2 or more events in the cell, which one do I display?  where?  (BTW, the tooltip is displayed still on the table below the calendar)...

Hi Alan,

Raw html is simply "Single event test", there's nothing else in there.

Which event in the tooltip? Why, all of them  of course. Where? Just to the right of the cursor, just to the left of it? Could it be picked up in a setting option and passed to a revised showtip script?

Cheers

Barry
