Hi Friends

In Event's Module we have to display the end time for some events and don't want to display some other events. I have downloaded the source code and done some modifications in EditEvents.ascx page. How can i apply those modifications which are done in EditEvents.ascx Page in my project? Is there any easy way to get this? Please help me.

Thanks,

Sreek

If all you have changed is the .ascx file, and there is no impact to the codebehind (.vb), then you can just copy it into the desktopmodules/events folder of your website.

Cheers
Roger

You will need to recompile the project (and test?), and then copy the resulting .dlls to your site. The best way would be to create and updated PA, which is just a zip file of the objects to be put on your site. If you unzip the existing PA, you should be able to figure out the structure.

Sreek,

I believe I need the same modification that you made. Can you explain how you achieved this modification to the module and step through the process to recompile the PA module?

Thanks,

J.P.
