I tried to search for this in the forum, so forgive me for asking a silly question or one I am sure that has been asked many o time.  Is there a way to change the blue strip at the top of the calendar to one that better matches our site?

I tried the various themes.  I would LOVE to just be able to enter the RGB# to match our site colors.  What am I missing?

Thanks,

Dave

Hi Dave,

The colours are controlled by the themes which are based on cascading style sheets (CSS). You can build your own with whatever colour scheme you desire, and can change many other aspects of the styling of the module. Your best bet is to copy one of the existing themes and create a new one. The themes are stored in ~/DesktopModules/Events/Themes. The css file must have the same name as the directory it is in.

You will have also noticed from the standard themes that you can include graphical elements in your styles. In the Default theme the blue bar is a graphic, whilst in the Events theme it is just an RGB value.

Cheers
Roger

Has anyone made skins available for the events module, like on Snowcovered.com, etc?
