After upgraded from 5.2.3 to 5.3.1 I got an error message at Page Settings when I use the - Copy design to descendants. Has anyone else experienced this and what can be done to prevent this from happening.

The error message:

The conflict occurred in database "database", table "dbo.ContentItems", column 'ContentItemID'. The statement has been terminated. ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: The UPDATE statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "FK_Tabs_ContentItems". I also am experiencing this error. I am not getting it the same way that you are getting it though.

Mine occurs whenever I try to import a Portal Template from a completely different website. It looks like the ContentItem is being added before the Tabs are being added, and so you get a FK constraint error. I could be completely wrong though.

You may be onto something here! I have no better answer, but I notice that ContentItems is a brand new table in version 5.1. Maybe it is possible to disable some triggers before the upgrade?

I'm having it too, specifically when using the site wizard and an exported portal (from DNN 4.9).  Anybody resolved this?
