Since upgrading to DNN 5.5 the search feature doesn't work in the skin.  It will work if you drop a search module on a page, but not from the skin.  Anyone else have this issue?  I even changed a page to use the MinimalExtropy skin and the search box did not work from there either.  It just refreshes the page and never makes it to the search results page.

I can't confirm, just performed sucessfully a search in my plain vanilla DNN 5.5.0 test system.

Hum...well did anything change with respect to settings on the site doing an upgrade from one version to another?

I have this same issue. The only way I can get the search feature (from skin object) to work is if I re-index manually. The search will work once, then never again. It always just returns to the homepage.
