I am having problem moving my DB from sql 2005 to sql 2008. When I change the ip address of the sql database in the web.config I get the install screen on my site.  I know the DB is accessable because I can querey the DB from an application I wrote to test the DB. I also wrote a classic asp page that can querey the DB. I used the Export feature from the 2005 database and then copied the file on the new sql 2008 server and imported the data using the import feature in sql 2008.

I have all of the providers turned on on with tcp/ip access.
Database compatability is set to 100

Any ideas on what to look at?
