Hi,

I am trying to upgrade from 4.09.05 to 5.04.04 as part of the recommended upgrade path.

My setup is IIS7, SQLServer2008 Express and .NET 4.0.

During the upgrade I did get a couple of error (executing 05 03 00, 05 04 03 and cleaning 05 00 00), however I looked through the forums and tweaked the connection strings and thought all was ok.

The site seems to runs ok most of the time, however, in the Event Log I am routinely getting (in red):

All the General Exceptions have the same Method (as above).  I have notice that after an Edit that my Wiki Categories have vanished (which I could re-create if necessary).

Permissions on the folder all seem to be ok.

Am I best trying to resolve this General Exception etc, as the site is so close to being back on its feet, or should I roll back to 4.9.5 (in which case how do I resolve those three errors during the upgrade)?

Any advise appreciated (especially if it points to a solution as I am wasting days on this upgrade).
Thanks, Keith
