Just a follow up on this. I have been very pleased with the functionality of the DAM... an improvement to the File Manager in my opinion!

I've experienced the same problem with an upgrade from DNN 6.2.5 to DNN 7.2.0. When we visit either Admin > File Manager or Host > File Manager, the page is empty. The fix for me was to manually add the "Digital Asset Manager" module to each page.

empty pages just indicate permission issues - go to Host > Extensions and enter details of DAM, make sure, all sites are associated and you should be able to re-add the module to your Filemanager page.

I have the same problem at upgraded sites:

Error: File Management is currently unavailable. DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: The given key was not present in the dictionary. ---> System.Collections.Generic.KeyNotFoundException: The given key was not present in the dictionary. at DotNetNuke.Modules.DigitalAssets.View.OnItemDataBoundFolderTypeComboBox(Object sender, RadComboBoxItemEventArgs e) at Telerik.Web.UI.ControlDataBinder.BindItem(IList items, Object dataObject, Object dataItem, String dataMember, Int32 depth) at Telerik.Web.UI.ControlDataBinder.BindToEnumerableData(IEnumerable dataSource) at Telerik.Web.UI.ControlItemContainer.PerformDataBinding(IEnumerable data) at Telerik.Web.UI.RadComboBox.PerformDataBinding(IEnumerable dataSource) at Telerik.Web.UI.RadComboBox.PerformSelect() at DotNetNuke.Modules.DigitalAssets.View.OnLoad(EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

Is it possible to fix?
