We have recently moved our DNN site from IIS6 on Server 2003 to IIS8 on Server 2012.
After a little bit of configuration and permissions changes the site is up and running, even allowed me to upgrade to 7.2.1 without issue.
Now every so often we will get an error page with the 500.19 error. This only seems to happen to a user that is logged in and making changes to the site.

Any help that can be given would be great.

odd - is there any config error or config file details that perhaps didnt' copy. The few notes I can find about this talk about checking that the app pool is in integrated mode (not classic pipeline), and also considering re-registerering asp.net via aspnet_regiis.exe -i
