I am having the same issue.  I am unable to search and edit ANY user even after clearing the cache and restarting the application.  I NEED some sort of resolution.  The following is the error message I receive continuously.

Sebastian,

I have 1186 users in the Users table operating in Azure.  I am not sure how to activate members as it appears as if I cannot use the Manage Users features in DNN 7.3.4.

the issue happens when retrieving data from lists table, either for Profile Data Type (this was improved in DNN 7.4) or Country and Region. did you modify any of these lists?
