I am trying to delete an old site from "Site Management" after upgrading to 8 but I get this error I have checked the permissions and every thing looks right.

I am getting the same error deleting a site when using DNN 8.0.4:
Error: Site Management is currently unavailable. I have given the account the application pool is running under full control of the httpdocs folder, but still get this error. I have moved other sites (from a multi-portal DNN instance to separate sites) and have deleting other sites during other moves without issue, so I am not sure why this is happening. Any suggestions?
