PersonaBar Error - Cannot Add a Module

DNN 9.1

Nothing appears in the Admin logs either.

This is what I see in Fire bug:

DNN actually adds the module on error. If you go to extensions immediately afterward you will not see it. You need to go to different page then go to extensions to see it. It is not updating the list it seems. It needs to update the list after adding, and also return proper errors.

If you are running DNN 9.0.x or DNN 9.1.0, you should upgrade to DNN 9.1.1
if the error persists on DNN 9.1.1, please log into the public issue tracker at http://support.dnnsoftware.com.

This also occurs in DNN 9.1.1. It's very difficult to troubleshoot the JSON requests since there is no logging and the error is very generic.

I'm using DNN 9.2.1 and having the same issue.
Already reported in DNN project Github page (https://github.com/dnnsoftware/Dnn.Pl...), but no answer so far.
Did you ever got a solution to this?
