We just done the upgrade to DNN 9.1.1 for production and very strange thing is going on which we are still unable to resolve.
As per DNN 9.1.1 feature the "Application Restart" and "Web Server Updated" log type key get automatically inserted into DNN event log table, Although we know that we can stop this keys to get inserted into DNN event log table.  In past 3 month we have faced 3-4 times our production application get down without any reason. No logs are created for the failure too.  Also to add on the application get starts automatically without any IIS reset or anything. Can you please help in giving some of your input if anyone have faced this after upgrade?

Any chance you can find any errors in the EVENT LOG in Windows? Sometimes if there is an error handled that isn't logged in DNN it might show up in the Windows Event Log
