Hi,

I wanted to create new module which will take some data from user such as Name, mail id etc.

For that purpose i need to add module as a form .

But when I am trying to add module there is no option as form.

How can I get a form module??

Hi Deepak,

I have found this form and list module excellent as a form, it sends and email that you can configure and is quite easy and versatile to configure. I use it as a form for people to register as the company don't want to use the standard DNN registration. Saved me a lot of work.
