I have added text editor to my module like this :

<%@ Register TagPrefix="dnn" TagName="TextEditor" Src="~/controls/TextEditor.ascx"%>

and then

<dnn:TextEditor ID="Description" runat="server" height="800" width="510" HtmlEncode="true" />

but this text editor has lots of unnecessary options in toolbar, most importantly I don't want to let my users upload things ith this editor !  meanwhile my users do not need to see HTML view  from below of the editor.

I tried to search the answer but I ended up with changing config file solution, I just want to customize this editor not all editors in my websites .

what is the solution ?

Host ->  HTML EDITOR MANAGER is the simplest solution and quickest.

You can define custom editor configurations in the editor manager that include the toolbars and buttons to include and a lot of other settings
and then tell the HTML Editor to automatically use one of these custom configurations for all users or Registered Users or Admins and/or just for the tabid where you have placed your module.
