i need for hepl after create new module with visual studio 2015 Dnn Error

Does this occur after you added the module to a page? Or does this occur after you installed a module? Do you have access to any other pages in the site?

If you've build the project you may have replaced some DLLs in bin folder of your DNN installation. Restores old DLLs file in bin folder and check your project for not replace them!

Check IIS to see if when you built the module if it modified your sites directory structure to be a virtual application or directory. If so delete all entries and refresh.

While I'd check with what everyone above stated, one other place to look would be the log4net logs - located in /Portals/_default/logs/ 

Jump to the bottom - re-hit the page and see what get's written during the request.
