I have followed the instruction step by step under the following link and doing until this page.

Everything works fine and module has been shown as well.

The problem is nothing coming up when I filled up the name, email and message after I press the “submit” button.
The grid only show "There are no entries".

Would anyone can tell me what wrong I did, please?

Or would anyone mind to teach me how to find out the problem?

I have no idea at the moment.

Hi

You may check whether that table and procedure created in your DB or not. I think the problem may not be in dnn setup.
